The office staff can definitely have an adittude at times when you have a complaint. I feel like most of the apartments are pretty downgrade for the price they defidefinitely are in need of a update. Honestly the only benifit is having a washer and dryer for each apartment.
The gated community offers resort-style spaces for its residents and is just minutes away from local experiences. Cool off in one of the two community pools or head out to the Northwoods and Stone Oak shopping centers. Nestled in the southern part of the North Stone Oak area, the neighborhood is minutes away from schools, restaurants, and quality entertainment. This relaxing community is the perfect place to raise a family or simply unwind after a day at work. When they finally get to fix the problem they do the bare minimum which i feel is unexceptable.

Situated in the perfect location, you will enjoy the convenience of easy access to Hwy 281 and Loop 1604. This is used to inflate the costs of rent, insurance, maintenance, dues and property taxes for the length of time you will own the home. The Summit at Henderson Pass is under new management and they are wonderful! They are working to make improvements, not only in the office, but through out the complex as well. The new manager is great to talk to and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism.
But remember that Downtown is just a quick drive from town! Thousand Oaks is a quaint neighborhood filled with winding residential streets and an abundance of community parks. Though Thousand Oaks is just 15 miles north of Downtown San Antonio, it is a very wooded, suburban neighborhood with plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities. From Mud Creek Park to Friesenhahn Park, residents of Thousand Oaks adore the open green space of their community.
